What documents do i need to apply for a mortgage Loan?

It's important to have all of your documentation prepared before applying for a home loan to ensure the process is as quick and efficient as possible. Listed below are the items your loan officer will ask both the borrower and co-borrower for when completing the application:

• Copy of driver's license 
• Copy of social security card
• 1 full month pay stubs (most recent)
• Most recent 2 years of W2's or 1099
• 2 months most recent bank statements from all accounts (include all pages)
• Most recent 2 years of tax returns

Military Service members applying for a VA loan will also need the following:

• VA disability awards letter (if applicable)
• A DD-214, Statement of Service or Points Statement (depending on your service type)
